You'll find cows at work. Cows are conscientious and productive. When it comes to brainstorming, they listen. They get along well and don't position themselves apart from others. How do you deal with them? Cows like being part of the group. Working in isolation makes them feel moody and unproductive, like being put out to pasture. Cows respond well to gentle suggestions when their performance isn't up to speed. They need time to chew on new ideas. Can't moooove cows? Call Karen Joffe. She'll help stimulate production.
